本科生毕业设计题目：昆明滇池国家旅游度假区规划设计学 院 建筑工程学院 学科门类 工学 专 业 建筑学学 号 2008548044 姓 名 刘爽指导教师 李 崴2013年5月30日云南昆明滇池国家旅游度假区规划设计摘 要本设计分为南北两块地，北侧地块净用地面积119854.7平方米，南侧地块净用地面积94344.3平方米。根据南北两个地块不同的特性及地理位置，在本设计中采用不同的设计手法和功能布局：北侧地块东侧、北侧均邻河流，环境优美景观较好，充分利用现有水域的延伸、微地形，打造山水园林式的宜居环境，设计成密闭度较高的产权式度假酒店；南侧地块引入水系，结合水景、庭院设计成具有中国传统风情的奥特莱斯模式步行街。南北地块建筑设计整体均为4层，局部三层有露台。本设计的重点是景观及建筑方案规划设计。本设计通过使用天正cad、photoshop和sketch等软件进行了建筑设计和规划设计。建筑设计主要包括：按照相关规范，局部地区平面图、立面图、剖面图的绘制、交通组织、柱网布局及尺寸标注。规划设计主要包括：南北地块的功能及分区布置，流线的分析，景观节点布置，生态技术的应用以及市政工程的设计。关键词：旅游渡假区规划；传统风情；云南Yunnan Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort Planning and designAbstractThe design is divided into North and south two blocks，the area of north block is 119854.7 square meters, the area of sorth block is 94344.3 square meters. According to the characteristics and geographical location between two different plots, we take different designs and functional layouts in this design.The river named Dianchi is beside the north sideof , on the north side of all adjacent block east of river, beautiful environment landscape better,make full use of the existing extension, the waters of the topography, create a landscape garden livable environment, designed title-style Resort Hotel closed higher degrees; on the south side of the plot into the water, with water features, garden design with Chinese traditional style outlets mode of pedestrian street.The whole North block buildings are all four floors, partial three floors with balcony. This design is the focus of the planning and design of landscape and architecture.
