TS-300 Growth Station Technical specification ТС 300.036.002 ТО1. INTRODUCTION 1.1 The present Technical specification (TS) is intended for familiarization with the growth station TS-300 (hereinafter – the Station). 1.2 During the Station familiarization it is necessary to additionally follow the documents, listed in register ТС 300.036.002 ЭД. 2. DESIGNATION 2.1 The Station has been designed for growing single-crystal sapphire with a diameter of up to -300 mm and a length of up to 500 mm by the Kyropoulos method (GOI). 2.2 The Stations’s power supply is effected by a tri-phase 5-wire AC power network with a neutral and ground wires, voltage 380/400 V, frequency 50/60 Hz. The quality standard for electrical power shall comply with GOST 13109 standard. 2.3 The Station operates when fed with: 1) Distilled recycled water under pressure of 3(105 ( 0,5(105 Pa (3(0,5 kgf/cm2) with a temperature of 20-30(С. Water temperature mast be constant +/-1 degree. The outlet water temperature must not exceed 45°С. Water flow - approx. 6 m3h; 2) pure nitrogen gas under GOST 9293-74 under pressure of 0,6(105 Pa (0,6 kgf/cm2). 3. TECHNICAL DATA 3.1 Dimensions and weight of the Station components are specified in Table 1 (section 4). 3.2.
