Many of our cement brick machine control system still operating, low reliability, efficiency, unstable operation, far behind the pace of the times and can not meet the requirements of modern society, in urgent need of technological innovation and transformation. In recent years, with the improvement of Chinas automation technology, programmable logic controller (PLC) as an emerging industrial controllers because of their small size, full-featured, low cost, high reliability and unique advantages in various fields obtained widely used. This paper describes a programmable logic controller, brick-making control system based on actual production needs, it can achieve on the material for the board, molding, stripping to a brick the whole process is automatic production.
