高层建筑工程施工管理中常见问题及解决措施 　　【摘 要】高层建筑由于层数多，体量大，建筑地基必须达到足够的强度才能承受上部结构的荷载，因此高层建筑基础多为深基础，持力层一般应嵌入微风化岩层。高层建筑要满足人防面积、停车位数量等建筑功能方面的要求，同时还要解决施工过程中的结构抗浮等问题，这就要求采用深基坑建造多层地下室，深基坑的建设必然涉及基坑围护、防水等较为复杂的具有不确定性问题的影响。高层建筑功能复杂，子系统多，安装工程量大，要求精度高。新技术、新材料、新工艺大量采用，对施工管理和工种工序的协调要求较高。为此，本文结合高层建筑的施工特点探讨了高层建筑施工过程中的常见问题及解决措施，提出了一套高层建筑施工管理方法。 　　【关键词】高层建筑；施工管理；质量 　　Construction management of high-rise buildings of the common problems and solutions 　　Wang Zhi-hui 　　（Zhejiang Southeast Construction Management Ltd Huzhou Zhejiang 313000） 　　【Abstract】High-rise buildings as multi-layered， body mass， building foundations must reach sufficient strength to withstand the load of the upper structure， so the high-rise buildings are mostly based on deep foundations， supporting layer should generally be embedded in weathered rock. To meet the air defense area of high-rise buildings， parking spaces and other buildings functional requirements， while also addressing the construction process issues such as anti-floating structure， which requires the construction of multi-storey basement with deep pit， necessarily involves the construction of deep foundation foundation pit， water and other more complex uncertain problems. High-rise building complex functions， subsystems and more， installing large projects requiring high accuracy. New technologies， new materials， new technology widely adopted， the construction management and coordination processes demanding jobs. To this end， this paper discussed high-rise building construction characteristics of high-rise construction in the process of common problems and solutions， a set of high-rise building construction management. 　　【Key words】High-rise buildings；Construction management；Quality 　　1. 引言 　　随着城市化进程的发展，高层建筑在城市建设中发挥着越来越??要的作用。由于高层建筑结构复杂，工程量大，涉及工序多，给建筑施工带来相当大的难度，在建筑施工过程中探讨合理的施工管理方法对提高建筑质量缩短建设工期以及控制施工成本都有至关重要作用。 　　2. 高层建筑的类型及施工特点 　　2.1 高层建筑是指10层以上的住宅以及总高度超过24米的公共建筑和综合性建筑。高层建筑的楼层多、高度大，但并非是低、多层建筑的简单叠加，而是从建筑结构和使用功能等方面，针对高层建筑的特点，提出了一些新的要求。 　　2.2 高层建筑要求施工具有高度连续性
