兰州工业学院 毕业设计（论文） 题目 电动转马设计 系 别 机械工程系 专 业 机械设计与制造 班 级 机设10-1 班 姓 名 学 号 201001101147 指导教师（职称） 日 期 2012年12月 摘 要 电动转马是一种娱乐机械，随着人们生活水平的提高出现的娱乐设施，它主要依赖漂亮的外观造型，绚丽多彩的灯光和美妙的音乐吸引人，在人骑上它时有一种身临其境的感觉，所以说转马的整体造型及其奔马运动是非常非常重要的。然而，当前的电动转马的不足是只能做旋转运动和上下升降运动，游客不能够体会奔马给人带来的快感。 本设计是在原有的基础之上对电动转马设备进行了改进，在以前转马直上直下的基础上进行改革创新。首先，确定单个转马的运动机构，能够实现奔马动作的机构有曲柄摇杆机构和凸轮机构，综合分析，本设备选择曲柄摇杆机构比较合理，而且易于实现奔马运动。其次，确定马的旋转运动，为了合理分配6匹转马的布局，选定转盘作为支撑转马的结构，为了能够在小功率下驱动转盘，只有在转盘的边缘才会省力，并且在转动环节中本设备采用了火车轮子和工字钢导轨，大大减少了轮子的磨损，也使运动更加轻快。 我相信在改进后的电动转马一定会给游客带来更刺激的感觉，也会吸引更多的游客，这将会是娱乐机械发展的动力。 关键词：电动转马；娱乐机械；曲柄摇杆机构；转盘 ABSTRACT Electric ZhuanMa is a kind of entertainment machinery, as people living standard rise in entertainment facilities, it mainly depends on the beautiful appearance modelling, colorful lights and beautiful music attractive, in people on it is a kind of be personally on the scene feeling, so ZhuanMa overall modelling and its running horse movement is very, very important.
