生长期和品种对灵芝萃取物三萜含量影响 　　摘 要：利用HPLC指纹图谱技术，分析同一菌株的不同生长期、不同品种灵芝的有机溶剂萃取物中的三萜指纹的情况，并比较不同生长期和不同品种之间的差异。结果显示，灵芝生长期间，萃取物的HPLC图谱相似度较高，均0.93；且子实体从开始分化形成时到子实体成熟期间，三萜类化合物的种类基本稳定；然而灵芝三萜萃取物的HPLC指纹图谱的总峰面积，则是第二生长阶段最大，第一生长阶段最小。这说明应生长发育之需求，灵芝三萜的各组分和总量在不断变化。另外，研究中的6个灵芝品种，三萜萃取物的HPLC指纹图谱相似度均 　　关键词：灵芝；三萜化合物；HPLC指纹图谱 　　中图分类号：S567.3+1 文献标识码：A DOI编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2014.01.004 　　Effect of Different Growing Periods and the Different Variety of Ganoderma lucidum on Contents of Ganoderma Triterpene Extracting 　　LI Shu-fang， CHEN Xiao-ming， LUO Ying， LI Feng-mei， ZHAI Hong-wei， ZHANG Zhi-jun 　　（Forestry and Fruit Trees Research Institute of Tianjin，Tianjin 300112， China） 　　Abstract： The contents of organic solvents extracting of Ganoderma Triterpene（GT） of the different growing period and the different variety of Ganoderma lucidum were analyzed and compared by HPLC fingerprints. The results showed that the similarity degree about HPLC fingerprints of organic solvents extracting of GT were all more than 0.93， and from the fruiting body differentiating to mature period， the GT kinds were basically stable. But the total peak area of GT extracting HPLC fingerprints was biggest on the second growing period； and the total peak area was the smallest on first period. It suggests that various components and total contents of GT change constantly with Ganoderma lucidum growing. Moreover， the similarity degree about HPLC fingerprints of GT extracting about six variety were all less than 0.90.
