Provisions on supervision of water conservancy project construction（水利工程建设监理规定） Provisions on supervision of water conservancy project construction (promulgated by Decree No. twenty-eighth of the Ministry of water resources on December 18, 2006, effective as of February 1, 2007) Chapter I General Provisions The first is water conservancy project construction supervision standards, ensure the quality of construction projects, according to the Peoples Republic of China Bidding Law, construction quality management regulations, construction safety management regulations and other laws and regulations, combined with the actual construction of water conservancy project, the enactment of this provision.
