Introduction to Dynamic HTML What Is Dynamic HTML? HTML is an application of SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language). Dynamic HTML provides authors with total creative control over all aspects of an HTML document. It extends traditional HTML and Cascading Style Sheets to let you access and manipulate all elements of a document—tags, attributes, styles, images, objects, and text—creating, moving, and modifying these elements when needed.
