基于FAHP评价绿色建筑增量成本管理研究 　　摘要：绿色建筑开发的主旨是节约资源和保护环境,是实现多目标的集成的系统。与传统建筑相比，绿色建筑因其节能、生态技术和管理措施的应用带来的增量成本会引起开发成本的波动。因此，在中国尚未成熟的绿色建筑开发市场的经济条件下，绿色建筑推广遇到了很多挑战。本文首先利用增量成本理论分析引起绿色建筑增量成本类别及具体组成因素。其次，选取了绿色建筑典型工程实例，并邀请绿色建筑成本管理方面的专家对各个增量成本因素指标进行评价，利用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）对绿色建筑增量成本进行综合计算评价，得到各个因素指标的相应控制的优劣情况，并计算出该绿色建筑项目的总体增量成本管理控制情况，为绿色建筑的成本管理和控制提供一定的参考。 　　关键词：模糊层次分析法；绿色建筑；增量成本；成本管理 　　中图分类号：F407.9文献标识：A 　　Research on Incremental Cost Management of 　　Green Building Based on FAHP Appraisal 　　Zhou Bin 　　（Jiangmen Electric Power Design Institute Co.Ltd,GuangDong,529000） 　　Abstract：Green building development is the main idea of saving resources and protecting the environment，and also is the multi-objective integrated system. Compared with the traditional buildings, the incremental cost of green building caused by using its power saving, ecological technology and management measures will lead to the fluctuation of the development cost.Therefore, promoting green building has encountered many challenges under the not yet mature green building development market economy conditions in China.First, by using the incremental cost theory, the author analysis categories and specific each factor cost factor that cause green building incremental cost.
