 贵州大学本科毕业论文（设计） 诚信责任书 本人郑重声明：本人所呈交的毕业论文（设计），是在导师的指导下独立进行研究所完成。毕业论文（设计）中凡引用他人已经发表或未发表的成果、数据、观点等，均已明确注明出处。 特此声明。 论文（设计）作者签名 日 期： 2016年1月25日目录 年产32万吨硫酸工程项目工艺设计 （重点设计：转化工序） 摘要 硫酸用途非常广泛，无论在工业部门，还是在发展农业生产、满足人民物质生活需求、加强国防力量，都起着重要的作用。硫酸在大宗生产的化学品中产量居于前列，是重要的化工原料之一。本设计包含总论部分、工艺部分和非工艺部分。总论部分首先通过分析国内外硫酸工业的现状及发展趋势，从而对建厂位置和生产路线作出选择。经过硫磺制酸、硫铁矿制酸和冶炼烟道气制酸的比较，最终选用硫磺制酸方案。工艺部分主要包括设备的选型和论证，比如：焚硫炉选用圆桶型卧式焚硫炉，干吸工艺采用三塔一槽，转化工艺选用两转两吸的3+1流程。接着对相应的设备进行物料衡算和热量衡算。而非工艺部分主要包括环境保护，例如废水、废气、废渣的治理和噪声污染的防治。最二氧化硫总转化率达到99.8%以上，所排放的尾气中二氧化硫含量为458.6683mg/m3，酸雾浓度为2.9361mg/m3，烟囱高度为60米，完全达到了国家标准；选用的设备和材料也全部实现了国产化。 关键词：硫磺, 硫酸 , 转化, 催化剂 ,环境保护 Annual output of 32 million tons of sulfuric acid process design project (Key Design: Transforming Processes) Abstract Very extensive use of sulfuric acid, both in the industrial sector, or in the development of agricultural production to meet the needs of the peoples material life, strengthen national defense forces, plays an important role.Sulfuric acid in the bulk production of chemicals produced by living in the forefront, is an important chemical raw material.The design includes general part, technology part and the non-process part.General part of the sulfuric acid industry at home and abroad by analyzing the situation and development trend, and thus the location of factories and production lines to make a choice.After sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid and smelting flue gas acid comparison, the final choice of sulfuric acid solution.Process section includes equipment selection and verification, such as: use of sulfur furnace horizontal drum of sulfur furnace, dry absorption process using three towers of a trough, into use double-absorption process of the 3 +1 process.Then, the appropriate equipment for material balance and heat balance.Rather than the process some of the major environmental protection, such as wastewater, waste gas, waste residue treatment and prevent
