These factors also decide that the investment of high-end office building projects is an investment activity with a high risk. How to identify and evaluate these risks and how to prevent risks is a key problem that investor faces to solve The risk management of high-end office building was made to the entry point, this thesis takes quantitative, qualitative methods and integrated methods of theory study and demonstration.
