江南古镇旅游发展的居民感知研究—以乌镇为例 摘 要 对江南古镇旅游发展的居民感知研究是研究古镇旅游景区旅游发展的重要影响因素。本文以浙江省桐乡市乌镇为实证，运用了问卷调查法，实证分析法等方法构建了古镇居民感知概念模型，从社区居民感知的经济影响、社会影响、自然环境影响三方面分析居民对该景区旅游发展态度研究和建设居民与游客和谐共处的社区环境等问题，探讨在古镇情境下的居民感知规律，目的是促进当地居民参与景区的旅游规划与保护。该项调查表明乌镇居民对于旅游经济带来的正面影响大于负面影响，对于旅游业带来的环境影响的正面感知和负面感知比较明显，关于旅游社会文化影响的感知方面，居民对社会文化影响的正面感知远强于负面感知，居民感知研究是旅游景区当地居民参与社区发展与决策的主要依据。 关键词：江南古镇；旅游发展；居民感知；乌镇 The?Research?to?the?Residents?Perception?of?Tourism?Development?in?Jiangnan?ancient?town——Taking? Wuzhen??as?an?Example Abstract The research to residents’ perception of tourism development in the old southern town –ancient town is the main influencing factor in studying the development of tourism attractions. We take Wu Zhen in Zhejiang province as an example, using questionnaire and example-analysis method to construct the model of perceptive concept of the residents in Wu Zhen. We analyze the visitors’ attitudes towards the tourist development and the issue of constructing harmonious community from the perspective of the residents’ perception of tourism from three aspects, the influence of economy, the influence of society and the influence of community surroundings, to discuss the residents’ perceptive regularity in the ancient town. The purpose is to promote local residents to take part in protecting and planning local tourism. This study suggests that the residents in Wu Zhen sense more positive influence than negative aspect brought about by tourism economy. And the positive and negative perception of the environmental effect caused by tourism is very obvious. And as for the perception of the influence brought by the society and culture, the residents’ positive perception of social and cultural influence is stronger than that of negative influence. The study to residents’ perception is the main base for them to take part in and decide community development.
