建设项目对区域经济影响评价 　　摘要：重大建设项目具有投资规模大、影响范围广的特点，并且会对区域社会经济产生深远的影响。以往有关建设项目对区域经济影响的研究，都主要集中在经济发达地区，对于西部欠发达地区的相关研究却较少。本文运用交通经济带理论、增长极理论、点轴开发理论等理论，以沪昆高速铁路对贵州区域经济的影响为例，首先研究沪昆高速铁路对贵州沿线交通经济带产生的影响，其次研究了沪昆高速铁路对贵州省旅游业的影响，而后分析了沪昆高速铁路对贵州区域经济的影响效应。最后基于沪昆高速铁路对贵州区域经济影响的研究，本文得出了以下结论：（1）沪昆高速铁路的建设运营，将促进沪昆高速铁路贵州段沿线区域交通经济带的形成，并从整体上带动贵州省区域经济的发展；（2）沪昆高速铁路的运营，会对贵州省旅游业产生巨大的影响，主要体现在空间结构与对线路的选择上???（3）沪昆高速铁路对贵州省区域经济影响的效应明显。 　　关键词：高速铁路；区域经济；建设项目；影响评价 　　 　　Abstract：Major construction projects with large-scale investment, affecting a wide range of features, and will have regional socio-economic have a profound impact.
