内循环式烘干机总体及卸料装置设计 摘 要 现如今矿物的烘干以及建筑材料的烘干都离不开烘干机的使用。本次设计的烘干机采用的是内循环式的三筒烘干机，这种烘干机不仅结构非常紧凑，而且烘干的效率非常高，同样占地面积也非常小，有效的减少了能耗。内循环式三筒烘干机一般用于对于潮湿程度一定的颗粒类型材料进行烘干，一般包括水泥、黄沙以及高炉矿渣等等。小立度粘物料终水份要求，最终的含水分非常低。物料进入烘干机是最好的烘干情况是不与烘干机筒比粘连。烘干机能承受的气体热交换的最高温度不应该超过750摄氏度，当需要更高的烘干温度是应该将扬料板和内筒的材料换成耐热的钢板。物料通过机器进入未料口后，通过重力的作用在烘干机的入口处被分散均匀进入烘干机，这样就确保了物料在机器里面进行的热交换取得成效。物料进入烘干机后会与热气体相遇，通过顺溜的方式与物料进行接触，将热量通过各种方式传递到物料中，这样就起到了给物料升温并蒸发其水分的作用，是其符合物料的烘干要求并将热气从卸料排气口泄出，物料从卸料口泄出。这种方法适用于很多形式的烘干，方法使用也很方便，有不错的运用前景。 关键词 回转烘干机；扬料板；转速；气体流速；工艺计算 Design of Internal Circulation Dryer and Discharge Device Abstract Now the drying of minerals and the drying of building materials are inseparable from the use of dryers.
