会泽县大海草山风景区融资模式研究 摘要 会泽县地处云南省东北部、金沙江东岸，属于西部欠发达地区。尽管经济基础较为薄弱，但是自然风光绚丽多姿，民族风情古朴浓郁，对国内外旅客具有强烈的吸引力，因此大海草山风景区是会泽县最重要的旅游资源之一。旅游业作为会泽县的支柱产业，创造了巨大的经济和社会效益。从现阶段发展情况看，会泽县旅游业正处于升级的关键时期，面临着旅游资源深度开发、改善旅游基础设施、实现粗放型向集约型转变等一系列的资金需求，而财政资金对旅游业的投入有限，因此选择适宜的旅游融资模式，从而促进旅游产业与资本市场有效结合，推动旅游业依赖自身的资本运作和外部资金投入进入良性循环状态，进而加快“旅游大县”向“旅游强县”转变的步伐，对会泽县旅游业的发展具有重要的现实意义，对同处云南边陲的其他旅游县市发展旅游也提供一个参考。 本文在应用旅游经济学、融资学、产业经济学等相关理论的基础上，深入探讨旅游业的融资特性，和旅游业的融资方式相结合。在阐述了近年来会泽县旅游业融资模式的历史、现状与演变规律之后，提出会泽县旅游业所要选择的融资模式，并对融资模式配套环境的完善提出对策建议。 关键词：会泽县，大海草山，融资模式  Abstract Huize located in southwest China sleep, are less developed western regions.
