Grade 08 Department 1 ,Basic Medical College, Xin Xiang Medical University HenNan XinXiang 453003) 摘要 目的:探讨不同发育期胎儿颈总动脉分支、颈外动脉主要分支处的压扁径的变化规律，为胚胎学积累基础资料。方法:收集当地不同胎龄胎儿27例，固定后解剖其颈部，观察动脉的毗邻及走行，取下颈总动脉及颈外动脉（包括部分颈内动脉、甲状腺上动脉、面动脉、舌动脉、上颌动脉、颞浅动脉等），压扁后测量各分叉处压扁径。结果:各动脉的压扁径随着年龄的增长都有上升趋势，仅有颞浅动脉在8月份到9月份有所减小。同一动脉左右有差异，个别的差值较大。结论:压扁径的增大提示需血器官需血量的增加，血管压扁径之间的差异可能反映需血器官的营养发育状况，也可能与头颈部血管及相应器官疾病有关。 Background：Objective：The caked diameters evolution about the branches of carotid arteries and main branches of external carotid arteries of fetus in different age were investigated ,for the sake of gathering basic data about cyemology. Method: 27 fetus in different age were gathered from local, fixed and dissected their pates, observed the border and line feed of arteries，then taked down arotid arteries and external carotid arteries （include partial internal carotid arteries arteriae thyreoidea superior，facial arteries，lingual arteries，arteriae maxillaris，arteriae temporalis superficialis and so on），measured the caked diameters of crotches after flatten. Results：The caked diameters of arteries were rising with the age growing，while arteriae temporalis superficialis were decreased among 8 month to 9 month. There had a difference between left and right ，D-value of individuals were grate. Conclusion：The magnify of the caked diameters meaned the magnify of requisite blood volume of requisite blood organs，the difference among the caked diameters of arteries m
