摘要摘要随着上海地区综合观测体系的不断完善，气象探测资料信息量成倍增加。由于气象产品大量涌现，需要建立准确、规范的气象数据共享平台，能及时、有效的对各类气象资料的查询与应用，充分满足各单位现代气象业务的发展需求。而WebService技术是一种在Internet环境下让松散耦合的Web应用之间相互作用、相互集成的技术框架，使其成为构建气象信息综合显示平台的一个理想选择。另外，XML具有四大特点：良好的数据存储格式、可扩展性、高度结构化及便于网络传输，这些特点决定了其在数据交换和整合方面具有明显的优势。因而，在气象信息综合显示平台中，主要采用了XML方式对不同存储格式、不同标准的气象数据进行标注。本文基于WebService、XML、数据库、SVG等相关技术，提出了上海气象信息综合显示平台的系统模型，并对平台技术方案选择、数据库的建立、气象数据的表达形式等方面问题进行了详细地探讨，最后阐述了上海气象信息综合显示平台的实现过程。上海气象信息综合显示平台将全局各单位的探测资料以集约化方式在平台上显示，首次实现上海气象局各部门之间信息全方位共享。本系统已于2007年2月开发完成，并通过功能和性能测试，在2007年5月开始正式业务运行。目前系统运行稳定可靠，操作权限控制安全,后台管理具有可配置能力,用户界面友好,各种监测信息提示准确，满足业务的实时监控需求，极大的方便对气象信息的查询应用，增强了气象信息技术对多轨道业务的支撑力度。关键词：XML，SVG，WebService，数据库，数据交换IAbstractAbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomprehensiveobservationsystemandextremelyincreasinginformationamount,anaccurateandformalmeteorologicaldatasharingplatformshouldbedevelopedforeffectiveandtimelyquerytomeetthedemandsofadvancedmeteorologicalservice.Webserviceispriorchoicefortheplatform,forthereasonthatitisakindoftechniqueframewhichinteractsandintegrateswebapplicationonthebasisofinternet.TherearefouradvantagesforXMLindataexchangeandconformity:appropriatedatastorageformat,feasibleextension,highly-structuredandapplicablenetworktransmission.So,meteorologicalinformationintegrateddisplayplatformstatedinthepapermainlybasesonXMLtechniquetoprocessallkindsofmetadata,includingdifferentstorageformatsandvariousstandardsmeteorologicaldata.Meanwhile,webservice,databaseandSVGareappliedtothesystem.Besides,thepaperstatesindetailinmanyrelatedaspects,suchasplatformmodel,selectionoftechniqueprogramme,databasefoundationandformatofmeteorologicaldata.Finally,thewholerealizationprocessofinformationplatformwillbeintroduced.ShanghaimeteorologicalinformationintegrateddisplayplatformpresentsallkindsofobservationinformationandrealizeinformationsharingwithinalldepartmentsinSMB.TheplatformhadbeencompletedinFeb,2007andputintouseafteraseriesoffunctionandperformancetestsinMay,2007.Atpresent,theplatformrunsstablyandreliably,operatingauthorityisonthesafecontrol,b
