青岛滨海地区传统聚落及其气候适应性调查研究 专业：建筑学 硕 士 生：李雨帆指导教师：赵琳 教授摘要传统聚落的生态魅力从未消逝过，从最初的巢居、穴居开始，逐渐发展、完善、 形成完整的居住体系。它是本土居民长期探索、实践而创造地适应气候和自然环境 的有机产物。 青岛滨海地区的传统聚落，位于我国北方寒冷地区，气候具有四季分明，冬季 寒冷干燥，夏季降雨量多频繁以及雨热同季等多重特点。建筑除了满足冬季采暖保 温、防寒防冻的热工要求，还要兼有防热、防潮、防暴风雨的功能。青岛滨海地区 独特的地形地貌和气候特点，造就了具有地域特色的聚落建筑形式。本文通过实地 考察青岛传统聚落情况，分别择取了平地、山地、山地临海三种不同地形特征的传 统聚落进行较为详细的勘察与测绘。 论文以青岛滨海传统乡土聚落为研究对象，探索传统乡土聚落中传统的、朴素 的适应气候与自然的设计手段与构造措施，尝试总结和提炼青岛地区气候适应性 的传统设计方法，以便能够在今后将其应用到青岛现代滨海建筑的人居环境设计 当中。 关键词：聚落 滨海民居 山地民居 建筑气候适应性 Research on Traditional Settlements and its Climate Adaptation in Tsingtao Coastal AreaSpecialty: Architecture Name: Li YufanInstructor: Professor Zhao LinAbstractCharm of traditional local ecological settlements has never gone, it developed from the initial nest and Neanderthals began to a complete living system. Chinese traditional native settlement is the result of long-term adaptation to climate environment.Traditional settlements of Tsingtao coastal areas are located in the cold regions of Northern China, where weather condition has features like cold winter, frequent summer rain and hot rainy season. The aim of architecture is not only keeping warm in the coldest of environments but also preventing heat, moisture and storms. Special features of topography and climate created a unique architectural form in this area. The author selected and investigated traditional settlements in three types of landform (mountain- coast, mountain and plain) in order to have a more intuitive and rational understanding.This paper describes the design of traditional vernacular settlements of Tsingtao coastal area, explores and summarizes the traditional design methods to adapt climate and nature of the traditional vernacular settlements in Tsingtao coastal area.
