ＰＶＣ干燥系统离心机的改进分析　 摘 要 本文主要根据PVC干燥工艺流程，介绍了离心机工作原理。并针对离心机常见故障，从工艺、安装、操作、维护保养等方面进行全面分析，保证离心机正常、高效运行。对离心机在工作运行当中遇到故障进行改进，提高运行时候的性能。离心机己大量应用于冶金、化工、石油、食品、制药、选矿、煤炭、水处理和船舶等部门。特别是在PVC生产应用方面更是起到了不可替代的作用，在保证产品的质量的同时也优化了生产的流程。但是，随着企业生产规模的不断扩大，PVC干燥系统的离心机经常出现故障，成为生产过程中的一个瓶颈。因此，离心机的安全可靠的运行是PVC高效的是生产的基础之一。PVC树脂分离所用离心机为DSMC、D6NC卧式螺旋卸料沉降式离心机，因为该设备的设计和制造技术都比较成熟，运行比较可靠，所以根据实际情况，从工艺、安装、操作、维护保养方面对设备故障进行了全面分析，更进一步的保证很好的经济效益。 关键词:PVC生产;离心机;故障分析;改进 Abstract In this paper, according to PVC dry process, this paper introduces the working principle of centrifuge. And in the light of centrifuge common failure, from the process, installation, operation, and maintenance of comprehensive analysis, ensure the normal centrifuge and efficient operation. A centrifuge has used in metallurgy, chemical, oil, food, pharmaceutical, mineral processing, coal, water treatment and ship and other departments. Especially in PVC production application but also have played an indispensable role in, ensure the quality of products at the same time also to optimize the production process. But, with the enterprise production scale continues to expand, PVC drying system of centrifuges often breaks down, become a bottleneck in the process of production. Therefore, the safe and reliable operation of the centrifuge is PVC efficient is one of the basic production. PVC resin used centrifuge DSMC for separation, D6NC horizontal spiral unloading settlement, because this equipment of centrifuge design and manufacturing technology are more mature, more reliable operation, so according to actual condition, from process, installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment failure for a comprehensive analysis, further ensure good economic benefits.
