某车排气消声系统悬置优化设计 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract The primary goal of studying the vibration of the exhaust system is to restrict the vibrating transmission from exhaust system to soleplate of automobile, which will improve riding comfortableness of automobile, reduce noise in automobile and enhance service life of exhaust system. Therefore, this research is significant to automotive engineeringModal analysis technology is a foundation for dynamic analysis in the field of automobiles and so on. Its purpose is to identify modal parameter and supply gist for vibration characteristic analysis of structure and optimization design of stiffness and dampness of hanging springs. According to the vibration characteristic and structure of exhaust system, the vibration of automobile exhaust system in working process were chosen as the study object by the thesis. Modal analysis on unrestrained automobile exhaust system was done using the Block Lanczos method of finite element software MSC.NASTRAN and the natural frequencies and mode shapes of exhaust system were found. That validated the validity of the finite element model and laid a solid foundation for the optimization design of hanger location, stiffness and dampness of hanging springs Vibration is transmitted from the exhaust system to the soleplate when the exhaust system is inspired by motor vibration. The key to reducing the vibration of automobile body is the choice of hanging points of the exhaust system. Firstly, modal analysis on the exhaust system was done, from which natural frequencies and mode shapes was acquired. The first to sixth frequencies were chosen to analyze according to the rotate speed range of engine and frequency range of human tenderness.
