电子邮件采集与全文检索的设计与实现摘要随着互联网的飞速发展和企业信息化的趋势，电子邮件在全世界范围内得到了广泛的运用，企业邮箱和个人邮箱中存储着大量的信息和数据，将其存储在服务器上不仅查找速度慢，更可能导致数据丢失。如何存储这些海量的异构数据以及从大量的电子邮件中快速搜索到所需的历史邮件和附件，并安全有效的管理和利用这些信息是现阶段电子邮件管理中亟待解决的问题。本研究在非关系型数据库TRIP的基础上搭建了一个集邮件采集和数据检索的信息管理系统，对人们的服务器邮件和本地邮件进行集中式的管理。本系统利用TRIPAGENT进行服务器端邮件采集，通过编程对由OUTLOOK导出的PST文件进行解析，利用TRIP对这些数据进行存储和检索，利用TRIP用户权限体系与系统用户权限体系相融合的方式进行权限管理，实现电子邮件的“采得到，存得下，管得了，用得着”，帮助人们对电子邮件进行管理。关键词：电子邮件；邮件采集；TRIP；信息系统AbstractWith the booming development of Internet and the enterprise informationalization, E-mail has been widely used all over the world. Emails in enterprise mailbox and personal mailbox contains huge amount of data and information. It will take user a lot of time to retrieval if we store these emails just in a mail server. Even worse, data may be lost. How to store these massive heterogeneous data, quickly approach to historical emails and attachments that are wanted from a mass of emails, and to take well use of these data is the burning problem at this stage.This research build a information system for email acquisition and data retrieval on the basis of Nosql database—TRIP, with which we manage server mail and local mail centralized. The system collect server mail via TRIPAGENT, analysis the PST file exported by OUTLOOK through the programming, store and retrieve these data via TRIP, and integrate the user rights system of TRIP into the information system. Through these efforts, to make emails can be collected, stored, managed and used, to help people manage their emails.Keywords: emails; email acquisition; TRIP; information system绪论1.1研究的背景在如今这个互联网飞速发展的时代，随着计算机技术、网络通讯技术和移动终端技术的飞速发展，电子邮件在全世界范围内得到了广泛的运用。据统计，电子邮件应用占互联网服务中的百分之三十以上，与搜索引擎和即使通讯一同位列互联网应用服务的前三甲，而且这个比重现在越来越向电子邮件偏移。由于我国网络起步较晚，网络基础设施较差，网络速度较慢，因此相比于其他的网络应用服务，电子邮件具有更大的实用性。无论是企业还是政府，家庭或个人，局域网还是广域网，电子邮件已然成为最为高效便捷的信息传递和信息存储方式。截止到2011年，中国的电子邮件用户总量已经达到近3亿，80%的网民上网的第一件事就是查收邮件。随着中小企业的快速发展和企业信息化的趋势，企业邮箱出现了较快的增长，截止到2012年企业邮箱市场规模已突破6亿元。电子邮箱产业的蓬勃发展也伴随着电子邮件数量的爆炸式增长。不论是个人邮箱还是企业邮箱，电子邮件作为人们日常传递和存储信息的载体，其中蕴含了大量的数据信息，而
