摘 要摘要中国现代会计之父潘序伦先生认为：“立信，乃会计之本。没有信用，也就没有 会计”。构建企业会计信用机制乃是会计发展的必然选择，也是社会市场经济发展的 要求。诚信是市场经济的基石。市场经济是信用经济。会计信用是市场经济中最重要的 主题，关系到市场经济的健康发展、社会资源的有效配置以及整个社会经济信用机制 的建立。在我国市场经济中，会计信息已经成为企业的重要经济资源，其质量的高低 关系企业经营的成败。市场经济条件下，会计信息失真、信用匮乏，已经严重影响到 市场经济的良性运行，不但增加企业的交易成本、降低企业的收益，造成社会资源配 置的低效率甚至无效率，还严重败坏社会风气。近几年，国外的安然事件、世通财务 舞弊案以及施乐公司事件，国内的诸如银广夏、蓝田等事件，已经足以说明，会计诚 信危机已成为全社会乃至全球性共同面临的重大问题。博弈论作为数学的分支，涉及关于包含相互依存的事物中不同利益的决策者理论 行为的研究。本文正是借助企业利益相关者问题引申研究企业会计信用的利益相关 者，利用博弈均衡理论，以及一系列经济学理论，包括制度经济学、行为经济学、利 益相关者理论和信息经济学等，设立企业信用的博弈模型，探讨在信息不对称条件下 企业的行为选择。同时，通过经济学理论作铺垫，探讨我国会计信用缺失的现状及其 成因，提出成套治理企业会计信用缺失的措施，包括明晰产权、完善信用立法体系、 加大会计信息失真的成本，培育信用文化、建立信用征信系统等，这对确保会计信息 的质量，构建公平、诚实经营的市场环境，对建设整个社会的信用都有重要的意义。 企业是社会有机体中的最重要活力细胞，是推动社会经济发展的动力。在我国现 阶段，企业应加强自身的信用管理，把提升信用能力作为增强自身竞争力的首要问题。企业无论大小，都应以诚信作为立业之本，自觉培育良好的信用意识，健全财务信息 披露制度。只有这样，企业才能在市场经济竞争中，立于不败之地。关键词： 会计信用；博弈论；利益相关者AbstractAbstractThe father of modern accounting, Mr. Pan Xulun said: ―credit is basis of the accounting, no credit, there is no accounting.‖ Building corporate accounting credit /mechanism/mechanism is the inevitable choice of accounting and requirements of the development of the social market economy.Credibility is the cornerstone of the market economy.
