摘要2005年,中国报业进入了调整之年,面对以数字、网络、多媒体技术为 先导的信息技术革命在全球范围内对数字内容产业的推动,传统报业的发展 遭遇了前所未有的挑战。本文主要运用产业经济学和报业经济学的相关理论 与研究方法,以报业公司为研究对象,借鉴国内外双边市场理论的研究成果, 对报业公司的发行市场与广告市场的互动关系做了探索性的研究,希望能够 为我国报业公司的战略规划、企业制度安排和发展提供理论支持。 本文首先对国内外双边市场相关研究的理论基础、研究内容、方法和进 展作了梳理和评价;其次,分别详细归纳和总结了报业公司发行市场和广告 市场的作用、特征、演进过程和发展现状;然后,从双边市场的相关理论出 发,对报业公司发行市场和广告市场相互关系以及影响机理作了理论分析; 最后,通过对《兰州晚报》双边市场的案例研究,分析了《兰州晚报》的发 展及其在发行市场和广告市场上的经营现状,结合其在双边市场中的优势和 劣势,指出了《兰州晚报》目前面临的问题以及发展过程中潜在的风险,并 提出了合理建议。 报业公司发行市场和广告市场表现为一种相互影响、相互促进的关系。 发行市场是报纸广告市场存在的基础,报纸首先是在发行市场中产生影响力 才会在广告市场中获得竞争力;而报业公司在广告市场获取经济收益将有助 于报纸在发行市场上质量与数量的提高。当市场间产生了负外部性时,报业 公司的收益会受到直接影响。除了政府力量对报纸行业进行规制,避免低层 次的价格大战外,报业公司从双边市场角度分析并进行企业战略的规划与制 定是十分必要的,保证报业经济实现可持续发展。 关键词:报业公司,发行市场,广告市场,关系,《兰州晚报》AbstractIn 2005, Chinese paper industry enters the adjusting year. This article major in making an exploring study to the mutual acting relationship between the distribution market and advisement market of paper company, on the basis of related theories and study way of property economic and paper economic. And also it hope provide the theory sustainment for the stratagem layout, arrangement of company regulation and development.This article can be divided into four parts. Firstly, it clean up and appraise the theory basis, study content, method and developing condition of national bilateral market related study; secondly, it specifically the effort, character, evolving course and status quo of the paper company distribution market and ad. Market; then, start form the bilateral market related theory, making an analysis from both grand and micro view, study systemically the effort relation between the two; finally, through the study of Lanzhou evening paper example, analyze the development of Lanzhou evening paper and the manage condition in the ad.
