“滨海体育休闲”实践教学现状与对策研究 摘要：本文通过文献资料法、调查访谈法、数理统计法，对滨海体育休闲人才培养实践教学体系进行现状调查与统计分析。结果显示：实践教学内容体系有待完善、实践教学实施存在组织与形式单一、实践教学思想泛“功利主义”现象严重、师资队伍建设滞后、缺乏相应教材是滨海体育休闲实践教学存在的主要问题；建议：建立“安全第一”的实践意识，树立正确的服务意识，完善师资队伍建设，明确“以学为重、兼顾有偿”的实习指导观念。 关键词：滨海体育休闲；人才培养；实践教学； Teaching present situation and countermeasure research practice of coastal sports leisure Abstract: This article through the literature material law, the investigation interview method, the mathematical statistics method, to the Seashore Sports Leisure personnel training practice teaching system to carry on the present situation in
