中文摘要目的：通过流行病学的方法，运用调查问卷的方式研究勃起功能障碍患者 中医体质类型的分布特点，探讨勃起功能障碍患者与中医体质类型的关系，为从 中医体质角度防治本病提供科学依据。 方法：采用现场问卷调查的方法，对 230 例勃起功能患者在其知情同意的 情况下进行问卷调查，再按统一标准进行临床资料整理，中医证型和中医体质判 断，将所得资料采用 EXCEL2003 建立数据库，运用 SPSS13.0 统计软件对数据进 行处理，分析患者的中医体质特点。 结果：本研究收集的 230 例患者，不合格和剔除病例 10 例，有效病例 220 例。以单一体质类型为主，155 例，约占总体的 70.45％，复合体质类型 65 例， 约占到总例数的 29.55％。总体病人体质类型分布排序，前九种由多到少依次为 气郁质、湿热质、气虚质、湿热质兼气虚质、湿热质兼气郁质、阳虚质、痰湿质、 平和质、阴虚质，前四种体质类型所占比例之和超出了总例数的一半以上(60.45％)，提示气郁质、湿热质、气虚质、湿热质兼气虚质的体质类型具有勃起功能 障碍发病的易感性。年龄、文化程度、病程、病情程度、中医证型与体质分布差 异有统计学意义（P0.05），具有相关性。中医证型与不同体质类型有相关性， 肝气郁结证与气郁质（P0.01）、痰湿质（P0.05）、湿热质（P0.01）、湿热质 兼气郁质（P0.05）有相关性，心脾两虚证与气虚质有相关性（P0.01），命门 火衰证与阳虚质有相关性（P0.01）。 结论：勃起功能障碍与中医体质类型具有一定的相关性，多见于气郁质、 湿热质、气虚质、湿热质兼气虚质。不同体质类型勃起功能障碍患者的年龄、教 育程度、病程存在一定的差异性。不同体质类型勃起功能障碍患者的病情程度存在一定的差异性。中医证型与不同体质类型有相关性，肝气郁结证与气郁质、痰 湿质、湿热质、湿热质兼气郁质有相关性，心脾两虚证与气虚质有相关性，命门 火衰与阳虚质有相关性。本研究从中医体质角度启示中医药治疗勃起功能障碍， 应充分考虑体质因素，通过扶助正气，调整体质，以达治病求本的目的。 关键词：勃起功能障碍；中医体质学说；中医证型；相关性 AbstractObjective:To research the distribution characteristics of different Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitutions for the patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) using questionnaire and epidemiological methods;To explore the relationship between ED and TCM constitution; To provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of this disease from the view of TCM.Methods:230 ED cases with informed consent were surve ied using questionnaire method.Then the clinical data was standardized and TCM pattens and constitutions were judged.EXCEL2003 database was established for the data.
