摘要决策支持系统(DSS)是当前信息系统研究的最新发展阶段,DSS的各类研究成 果为各级各类决策提供了科学的方法利依据,因此DSS成为软科学中的一个重要分 支。智能决策支持系统(IDSS)在DSS的基础上集成专家系统(ES),将数学模型与 知识推理相结合,扩大了DSS处理问题的范围,提高了决策能力,具有广阔的应用前 精。神经l蛳珞是一门新兴的交叉学科。它从1943年提出至今已有近60年的历史。在 这半个多世纪的发展过程中,神经刚络的内容不断丰富,涉及的领域也越来越广,在 模式识别、系统辨识、智能控制、图像处理、经济预测、专家系统等领域都得到了厂。 泛的府用。本文着重探讨了IDSS在报业广告领域中的应用,并结合报业广告智能决策支持 系统(NA.IDSS)的设汁与开发,介绍了报业广告领域的IDSS设计与开发的方法及 关键技术。本文将神经网络技术与IDSS相结合,解决了报业广告领域中的预测问题。 另外,在报业广告智能决策支持系统中引入客户关系管理(CRM)的一些概念和内容。 并实现了分析型CRM的某些功能,提出了基于层次分析法的客户忠诚度模型。奉论文的刨新点体现在: (】)在国内率先将智能决策支持系统应用于报业广告领域; (2)有机集成了管理信息系统、神经网络和决策支持系统,使NA—IDSS既可作为管理信息系统,又可提供全面的决策支持;(3)将神经网络技术应用于报业广告领域,解决了许多实际的预测问题,并取得了很好的应用效果;(4)在报业广告智能决策支持系统中引入客户关系管理(CRM)的一些概念和内容,并实现了分析型CRM的某些功能; (5)本文首次提出了基于层次分析法的客户忠诚度定量模型; 针对报业广告设计与开发的智能决策支持系统,经过实际运行表明是有效的,这对促使报业广告管理的信息化和决策的科学化是一次有益的尝试。关键词:智能决策支持系统,神经网络,报业广告,客户关系管理,预测AbstractDSS is the higher period in the study of information system,The research achievement of DSS provides the science theory and method for all kinds of decisions.IDSS integrates DSS with ES and it integrates mathematical model with knowledge reasoning so that it extends the scope of problem processing of DSS and improve the ability of decision-making.The application foreground is very broadNeural Network is a new interdisciplinary.It has been almost 60 years since this theory was firstly put forth in 1943.During these years.it grows rapidly and involves many fields,especially in Patlem cognition,System identification,Intelligent contr01. Image manipulation,Economic forecasting,Expert system and so on.The paper focuses on the application of IDSS in the field of newspapering advertisement.It introduces the methods and key techniques involved in designing and developing IDSS for newspapering advertisement.In this paper,neural network is integrated with IDSS and it effectually solves many actual forecasting problems of newspapering advertisement.In addition,in NA-IDSS some concepts and content of CRM are introduced and some functions of Analytical CRM are implemented.A quantitative
