摘 要昆明文华苑住宅小区2号楼位于西山区政府办公楼西侧。场地愿为耕地鱼塘，多位中高压缩性深厚软土，其有机质含量较高、天然地基承载力较低，含水量较大。场地后期经人工堆填，地势较为平坦，地貌上处于昆明湖积盆地中西部，拟建住宅楼为7层框架结构，占地面积54.6×23.5㎡，拟建物对差异沉降敏感，建筑物安全等级为二级。结合技术可行性、处理可靠性、经济合理性这三个方面加以考虑，决定采用深层搅拌桩粉体喷射法进行地基处理。经过一系列的设计计算，采用深层搅拌桩直径为500㎜，有效桩长9.0m，单桩承载力设计值为118kN，共打深层搅拌桩1238根，工期为24天，工程总造价为969744.7元。AbstractNo.2 building of KunMing Wen Huayuan uptown is located in the west of the office building of XiShan district government. The building site was plantation and pound in the past, and was filled by hand later. The subsoil is mainly deep thick soft soil which has a high compressibility, and contains a lot of organism. The bearing capacity of the natural subsoil is low while the moisture content is great. The physiognomy of the field is flat, and when it refers to relief, it is landed on the mid west of KunMing lake basin. The residential building to build is a seven-storied building and has a framed structure. The building area is 54.6 by 23.5 square meters. According to the design requests, the building planned to build is sensitive to the differential settlement, and the construction safety class is second-degree. After the analysis and contrast on the feasibility of the technique, the reliability of the treatment and the reasonableness of the economy, powder-deep-mixing method was decided to be used to reinforce the subsoil. Through a series of calculation, the diameter of the deep mixing pile used is decided to be 500 mm, the available length of the pile is 9 meters, the bearing capacity of a single pile is designed to be 118 kN, and there are 1238 piles used in all.
