摘 要随着世界各国经济的迅猛发展，企业为了保持自身的竞争优势、获得互补资 源以及更多的信息资源，为了适应新的生产制造模式而与自己有共同利益的企业、 机构等联合起来形成一种新的组织模式，那就是创新网络。创新网络中核心企业 因为资源优势从而相对于其他成员产生了网络权力。核心企业通过网络权力的运 用，对网络成员行为模式产生一定的影响，使得网络成员的行为模式符合网络整 体的利益要求。同时，核心企业关系能力的不同使得这种影响产生的效果也有一 定的差异。本文在梳理国内外相关理论文献的基础上对创新网络、核心企业及其网络权 力、核心企业关系能力以及网络成员行为进行了界定。在界定相关概念后，分析 了核心企业网络权力对网络成员行为的关系，认为核心企业网络权力能够对网络 成员行为产生一定的影响，同时核心企业关系能力能够对这种影响产生一定的调 节作用。于是我们在理论综述的基础上建立了相关概念模型与理论假设，通过参 与西安市科技局高新技术企业调研以及对经济管理学院 MBA 学员进行调查走 访，收集相关数据，我们利用 SPSS 进行相关性以及回归分析，通过实证研究了 核心企业网络权力对网络成员行为的影响以及核心企业关系能力的调节作用，得 出了核心企业强制权力会减少成员之间的合作，加剧网络中成员的竞争，非强制 权力会增强网络成员之间的合作行为，减少成员之间的竞争行为；而在核心企业 高关系能力的情形下，核心企业强制权力与非强制权力都会增进网络成员的合作 行为，减少竞争行为。最后，我们对所得出的结果进行了讨论，并最后提出了对 于规范网络成员行为以及提高网络整体竞争力的相关建议。关键词：创新网络 核心企业 网络权力 网络成员行为 关系能力ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of economy of countries all over the world, in order to keep their competitive advantage, and get more information and resources complementary resources, in order to adapt to the new manufacturing mode, enterprises combined with other enterprise institution, which have the common interest, to form a new organization model, which is called innovation network. The core enterprise of the innovation network relative to other members can produce network power because of its resource advantage. The core enterprise though the use of power can cause some impact on the patterns of behavior of the network members, so that the behaviors of network members in line with the interests demand of the whole network. Meanwhile, different kinds of core enterprise relational capabilities lead to this effect have some differences.This paper on the basis of combing the relevant theoretical literature, defined the concept of innovation network, the core enterprise and its network power, core enterprise relational capabilities, as well as the behaviors of network members.
