To enhance the science innovation of the nation, leaders of different levels and researchers pay more and more attention to the popularization of science of science. As modern science begins late in China, the main educational method in science museum in our country is simply exhibition, that leading to the deficiency of the popularization of science. In this case, the necessity of innovative science popularization is growing, and the analysis and explore of this subject are highly valued by the science workers.This paper emphasizes study the subject of the innovation in science popularization education. It raises the necessity of innovative science popularization activities in China, and establishes the outline design of this subject by using the developed educational theories, providing constructive feedbacks for the inquiry-based innovative science popularization activities of the nation that have reference function to the deep study.Based on design
