If China enterprises want to better grasp the market opportunity and achieve sustained competitive advantage in the outside world queasy environment to, they need to do two things: one hand enterprises shall enhance the organizational learning ability, on the other hand the enterprise should cultivate innovation, risk taking, proactive and positive competition for the characteristics of the entrepreneurial orientation actively, and thus can have access to resources and external environment of the best match in the dynamic and complex environment, thus improving enterprise performance. But the entrepreneurial orientation enhancement can really promote the performance of the enterprise?
