安徽安徽财经大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 344enterprise innovation performance.The author assumes that the entrepreneurs human capital positively correlate to the survivability and growth and innovation,and proves it by using of 203 effective questionnaires.The author testes the related hypotheses by the reliability and validity analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Through the data from empirical research the auther testes the model of influence made by the entrepreneurs human capital on entrepreneurial performance,and proves that there is a positive correlation relationship between the entrepreneurs human capital and entrepreneurial performance.
