毕业设计说明书 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATI 页毕业设计说明书光盘盒底盒注塑模具设计与制造 院（系）名称工学院机械系 专业名称材料成型及控制工程 2012 年 05 月 15 日光盘盒底盒注塑模具设计与制造摘 要模具是现代化工业生产的重要工艺装备，被称为“工业之母”。而注塑模具又在整个模具工业中一枝独秀，发展极为迅速，在工业（汽车、通信电子）、农业、国防（航空航天）和日常生活（家用电器）的领域有着极为广泛的应用。现代塑料制件的生产中，合理的注塑成型工艺、先进的注塑成型模具及高精度、高效率的注塑设备是当代塑料成型加工中必不可少的三个重要因素。通过本次光盘底盒注塑模的设计了解了模具设计的过程。模具主要零部件结构设计是模具设计的主要内容，其内容包含了凹模结构设计、凸模结构设计、脱模机构设计、导柱与导套、模架的选取等重要零部件的设计加工方法和加工注意要点。随着我国制造业的国际地位的不断提高，模具工业获得了飞速的发展，模具的需求量也成倍增加,其生产周期愈来愈短。其特点为：品种多样化；生产过程多样化；生产能力复杂化。为解决这一问题，首先要普及CAD 技术，利用现代的CAD/CAM/CAE 技术，才是经济、快捷的模具开发设计制造手段,也是其今后的发展方向。本设计采用软件为Pro/E和AutoCAD，利用这些软件各自强大的功能实现了模具设计的快速化、自动化。关键词：注塑模，Pro/E，AutoCAD，模具设计Injection mold design and manufacture of the end of the disc boxAbstractThe mold of modern industrial production technology and equipment, known as the mother of the industry.
