摘 要设计部分题目为XX中学教学楼，包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。 该建筑为五层框架结构，建筑总高度为20.4米，总建筑面积约为15000平方米。建筑设计方面，主要完成了建筑物的平面、立面以及剖面设计。该教学楼属于综合教学楼，平面布局时首先考虑了房间功能需求。除此之外，又综合考虑了结构设计方案以及基础选型等；在这部分中，建筑和结构是相结合来做的。结构设计方面计算了一榀框架的重力荷载、计算了风荷载和横向水平地震作用及其内力、还计算了竖向恒载作用及其内力。内力计算完成后用PKPM进行了组合，根据最不利组合进行了梁和柱截面设计。除一榀框架外，还进行了板的设计、楼梯的设计以及基础的设计。以上计算过程中，用PKPM进行了适当验算。专题题目为SP大板的结构性能及应用。翻译内容是关于新结构中的防腐保护措施的。设计部分最终成图包括：建筑施工图：底层平面图、二层平面图、南立面图和一个横剖面图。结构施工图：结构平面布置及板配筋图、框架配筋图、基础平面及配筋图和楼梯结构图。关键词：框架结构 教学楼 建筑设计 结构设计 PKPM SP大板 结构防腐保护 ABSTRACTThe title of the design is Teaching Building Of the . It includes architecture design and structure design. This is a frame structure. It has 5 floors, and the total height is20.4m, the total construction area is about 15000 m2.In architecture design aspect, it has designed the plan view, elevation and sectional drawing of this teaching building. This building is an synthetical teaching building, so when to design the plan view, the function of the room is first considered. In addition , it is considered the structural design scheme and how to choose the foundation pattern .In this pait, architecture design and structure design is connected..In structure design aspect, it contains the calculation of the gravity load ,and the endogen calculation when wind or seismic shock force places. it also contains the endogen calculation when dead load places. After the endogen calculation is finished, the result is combined with the PKPM, and designs the section of the beam and column according to the most disadvantageous combination . It also designs the slab, stairway and foundation. During the calculation processs , the calculation result is checked with the PKPM.
