上颌固定―活动联合咬合重建1例报告 　　[摘要] 目的 探究了固定-活动联合修复牙齿重度磨耗合并牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 选择了1例2016年3月于汉中市口腔医院就诊的上颌牙齿重度磨耗合并牙列缺损的患者。采用了固定-活动联合咬合重建修复严重磨耗的牙齿及牙列缺损。结果 经过治疗，分别在1、3、6个月后复查，患者面型无异常，颌面部双侧肌力基本对称，颞下颌关节区弹响消失，无复发，口内检查咬合关系良好，恢复了面下1/3高度，咀嚼效率术前（0.51±0.33），术后3次复诊均值0.84，明显提高了咀嚼效率。 结论 该病例中，通过治疗发现采用固定-活动联合修复牙列缺损合并重度磨耗的患者，恢复了美观，提高了生活质量，取得较好的效果。固定-活动联合修复的方法在牙齿磨耗合并牙列缺损的患者治疗中效果明显，值得推广。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　[关键词] 牙齿磨耗；咬合重建；联合修复 　　[中图分类号] R783 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（b）-0107-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of tooth abrasion and dentition defect with fixed-removable prostheses denture combined repair. Methods One case of severe abrasion of maxillary teeth combined with dentition defect admitted to the Department of Prosthodontics Hanzhong Stomatological Hospital in March 2016 was chosen as the subject who received the maxillary occlusion reconstruction with fixed-removable prostheses denture combined repair to reconstruct the abrasive teeth and defective dentition. Results After the 1-month， 3-months， 6-months follow-up， the patient had no abnormalities on his face. The maxillofacial bilateral muscle strength was basically symmetrical， and the temporomandibular joints snap disappeared without recurrence. And the intraoral examination showed good occlusion and 1/3 height restored. Before the operation the masticatory efficiency was（0.51±0.33）while after the operation， the average value of the three subsequent visit was 0.84， which meant that the masticatory efficiency has been significantly improved. Conclusion In this case， through treatment， it is found that fixed activity combined repair of dentition defect with tooth abrasion can restore the appearance， improve the quality of life and achieve a better effect. The method of occlusion reconstruction with fixed and removable denture combined repair is very effective in the treatment of tooth abrasion and dentition defect， and it is worth popularizing. 　　[Key words] Tooth abrasion； Occlusion rec
