PAGE PAGE I信元物业管理有限公司人力资源外包思考内 容 摘 要人力资源外包是一种新兴的人力资源管理手段。本文在详细介绍人力资源外包涵义和特点的基础上，以信元物业管理有限公司为例，对其人力资源外包背景、外包内容做了简单的介绍。在此基础上结合信元人力资源外包实际情况对人力资源外包的优缺点做了进一步的思考。同时，作者也指出了信元公司在人力资源外包过程中存在的问题：对内外沟通缺乏、外包后公司人力资源部出现定位模糊、公司特殊性质制约了外包成果的应用、信元公司保密意识欠缺等。针对这些问题作者提出了相应的解决对策：在外包过程中加强内外部沟通、外包后应对人力资源部门作出的重新定位以及增强企业在人力资源外包中的保密意识。以期对日后的人力资源外包有所启示。关键词：人力资源管理 人力资源外包 核心竞争力Analysis of Problem and Countermeasures in Human Resource Outsourcing of XinYuan Estate Management Company Ltd. AbstractHuman resource outsourcing (HRO) is a new method in HRM field. Based on specific introduction of meaning and characteristics of HRO in this term-paper, the author takes Xi’an XinYuan Estate Management Company Ltd.(XY) for example and has a brief introduction for its HRO’s background，content . On these foundation the author point out advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing.
