个体化康复结合针刺对脑梗死后肢体功能障碍疗效研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨个体化康复结合针刺治疗脑梗死急性期与恢复期患者运动功能的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年12月本院收治的脑梗死后残留肢体功能障碍的患者200例。按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各100例。两组均给予神经内科常规诊疗方案治疗，在此基础上，对照组采用常规现代康复治疗，观察组采用个体化康复结合针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）、运动功能Fugl-Meyer量表（FMA）、改良Barthel量表（MBI）、Holden步行功能分级（FAC）评分及Brunnstrom分期，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后，两组NIHSS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P中国论文网 /6/viewhtm　　【关键词】 个体化康复； 针刺疗法； 脑梗死； 肢体功能障碍 　　Effect of Individualized Rehabilitation Combined with Acupuncture on Limb Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction/YAN Qinghua.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（08）：062-066 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of individualized rehabilitation combined with acupuncture on the motor function of patients with cerebral infarction at acute and convalescent stages.Method：A total of 200 patients with residual limb dysfunction after cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，100 cases in each group.They were given routine treatment plan in neurology department，on this basis，the control group was treated with conventional modern rehabilitation therapy，and observation group was treated by individualized rehabilitation combined with acupuncture.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS），motor function Fugl-Meyer scale（FMA），modified Barthel scale（MBI），Holden functional ambulation category（FAC） score and Brunnstrom stage before and after treatment between two groups were compared，the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.
