成本视角下幕墙工程 　　摘要： 在长期的房地产调控形势下，通过产品高配置获取高溢价的开发模式几乎难以成立，大部分的房产企业均调低产品的配置，以迎合市场的需求。幕墙作为房产项目成本构成的大项，亦是成本优化的大项。本文主要探讨如何在确保整体幕墙效果的前提下进行成本优化。 　　Abstract： In the context of long-term real estate regulation， the development model of gaining high premium by high product configuration is never reappeared. Most of real estate enterprises reduce the product configuration to meet the demand of market. Curtain wall as a big part of real estate project cost structure is a big part of cost optimization.
