Methods The method is to divide 20 vitro teeth into group A and group B，each including 10. The brackets of group A are bounded with enamel adhesive after etching， while glass ionic is used directly by group B. After being dyed for four weeks the teeth are taken out.The brackets are removed and whitened by cold-light.The colorimetric value of the samples is measured before and after the treatment through the spectrophotometric color comparator，record the measured L*，a*，b*，and the chromatic aberration delta E is calculated respectively before and after whitening. SPSS 17.0 software is used to make a statistical analysis. Results The chromatic aberration delta E in the two samples is both above 3.7. L*value， a*value b*value change obviously，which have statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Cold-light whitening treatment can effectively remove the irregular stains in the bounded area of orthodontic brackets. 　　Key words：cold-light whitening treatment；orthodontic treatment；bracket；dye；stains 　　越来越多的成年人和青少年通过正畸治疗获得了排列整齐的牙齿[1]，但正畸治疗后托槽粘结部位经常会出现不规则的色斑或颜色加重现象，严重影响了美观，因此正畸治疗后美白治疗成为患者的迫切要求。本研究通过评价冷光美白对正畸治疗后不同粘结材料托槽粘结部位色斑的疗效，以期为临床正畸患者矫治后的牙齿美白治疗提供一定的理论基础和临床指导。 　　1 资料和方法 　　1.1 一般资料：离体前磨牙20颗。纳入标准：选择患者年龄14～28岁，正畸拔除的活髓前磨牙，牙体完整无隐裂、龋坏，
