建筑工程造价合理控制与探究 　　摘要：伴随着当前社会经济的不断发展，城市建设进程的逐步深入，建筑施工项目的数量越来越多，人们对施工安全问题越来越重视。想要保证项目工程的施工质量，就需要加大对工程造价方面的管理力度。本文简要论述了建筑工程造价的概念，分析了当前建筑项目在进行工程造价管理方面存在的不足，并提出相应的改进措施，目的在于进一步提高造价的管控水平，为民众的生命、财产安全提供保障。 　　关键词：建筑；工程；造价；控制；探究 　　中图分类号：TU198文献标识码： A 　　Abstract: along with the continuous development of the social economy, the city construction process gradually, increasing number of construction projects, the people more and more attention to the safety problems in the construction of.
