AI programs that achieve expert-level competence in solving problems by bring to bear a body of knowledge are called knowledge-based systems or expert systems. The major parts of the expert system are the knowledge base and the inference engine. The knowledge base consists of facts and rules about the subject at hand. The inference engine consists of all the processes that manipulate the knowledge base to deduce information requested by the user-resolution or forward or backward chaining. According to the situation of Banking Supervision in our country, this paper discusses how to set up an AI-based Bank’s Capital Evaluate and Risk Foretell System, which evaluates and foretells financial risk.
