当代中国行政管理体制改革的目标与展望[摘　要]改革开放以来,当代中国行政管理体制改革主要围绕机构改革、职能转变和公共服务这三个目标展开。政府组织体系逐步优化,政府职能转变迈出重要步伐,公务员队伍结构明显改善,科学民主决策水平不断提高,廉政建设工作深入开展。本文通过对1978年以来当代中国行政管理体制改革的回溯分析,可以集中探讨改革目标的实现成效和存在的问题,并对未来的目标取向作出展望。Since the reform and opening up, the reform of contemporary Chinese administration management system, focusing on institutional reform of the public service function change with the three goals unfolding.
