中医临床研究-1-中药制剂固肾片治疗儿童肾病综合征疗效及免疫功能状态的临床分析The research of clinical effect on Gushen tablet on treating nephrotic syndrome摘要临床依据。方法：选择我院 2009年 12月～2012年 9月入院接受治疗的 60例符合中西医肾病综合征诊断标准的患儿作为研究对象，按照随机分组原则将所有患儿分为治疗组 30例与对照组 30例，两组患儿均接受激素诱导缓解后，治疗组在上述基础上每日加服用固肾片，对照组加服用左旋咪唑，治疗 2个疗程即 6个月后，使用流式细胞仪检测血清中 T细胞亚群 CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8细胞水平，免疫分析仪测定免疫球蛋白水平，并随访 3个月内感染率，反复或复发率。结果：两组治疗前血清 T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白水平无显著差异性，治疗 2个疗程后，两组患儿的血清 T细胞亚群水平比较，对照组的 T细胞亚群水平明显低于治疗组，IgG、IgA、IgM也明显低于治疗组，组间差异明显（P0.05）同时临床疗效评价显示，3个月内感染率、反复或复发率治疗组明显低于对照组，治疗组感染控制时间明显少于对照组，两组比较差异显著（P0.05）。结论：中药制剂固肾片针对儿童肾病综合征具有保护患儿免疫功能，降低和预防感染的作用。可以调节免疫功能，并能够通过有效降低抑制性 T细胞水平而提高治疗效果，减少和预防肾病综合征的反复发作，说明是治疗儿童肾病综合征重要的辅助措施，值得进一步推广使用。【关键词】儿童肾病综合征；免疫功能；中医治疗【Abstract】Objective: To study the clinical effect of the Gushen tablet on treating children with nephritic syndrome, it was a clinicalbasis for the patients. Methods: To choose 60 patients in accordance with nephrotic syndrome diagnostic criteria of the integrative medicinefrom December 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital. All of them were divided into treated group and control group, each of them was30 patients. Two groups of children were accept hormone induced remission, treated group was taking Gushen tablet based on the daily, thecontrol group was taking levamisole, after 6 months, using flow cytometers instrument detection serum T cell subsets CD3, CD4, CD8 andCD4/CD8, cell level, immunity analyzer measurement immune globulin level, and follow-up of 3 months, repeated or recurrence rates.Results: The serum T cell subsets and immune globulin level was no significant difference in two groups, after 2 courses, significantdifference between the two groups, P0.05.
