PAGE 44 PAGE II编号本科生毕业设计（论文） 题目： 学院 专业学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 二〇一二年六月摘要摘 要企业人事管理平台是企业内部用以管理人事档案和薪资等信息的实用性软件.用它代替企业传统的手工管理方式，大大提高了工作效率和安全性，提高了信息处理的速度和准确性，节省了工作人员的时间和精力，使企业人事管理和薪资管理系统化、科学化、规范化和自动化，是现代企业必不可少的管理工具.信息技术的发展，对企业的员工薪资绩效考核就更需要信息化.要达到这一目标，就需要一个功能比较完善的管理系统来实现.该系统实现了员工管理，保险管理，请假管理，考勤管理和薪资管理.企业人事管理平台是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)，系统能提高了工作效率，节省了人力和物力，最终满足企业人事管理、员工薪资发放的需要，同时也成为现代化企业管理的标志.本系统是结合企业人事信息管理制度，基于实际的需求分析，采用ASP.NET开发以SQL Server 2005为后台数据库的一个企业人事管理平台.整个系统从操作简便，界面友好、实用、安全的要求出发，完成人事管理的全过程.关键词：人事管理；信息管理系统；ASP.NETAbstractAbstractAbstractABSTRACTPersonnel management system for enterprises is practical software used to manage internal information such as personnel files and payment information. With the development of information technology, it is more important to be informationization for enterprise to evaluate performance and salaries of staff. To achieve the goal, we need a more relatively perfect management system.The system can achieve the goals of managing the staff, insurance, attendance and payroll management. Personnel management system is a typical management information system (MIS), which can improve efficiency, save manpower and material resources, and ultimately meet the needs of corporate financial management and employee payroll.
