探究消克康胶囊干预40岁以上2型糖尿病及合并高脂血症的临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察消克康胶囊对40岁以上人群2型糖尿病及合并高脂血症患者的临床疗 效，及对胰岛素抵抗（IR）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）等的作用，探讨作用机制。方 法：将纳入病例随机双盲法分为两组，排除脱落及资料不全等患者后，治疗组45例， 对照组41例, 保持原饮食、运动及口服西药治疗，分别给予消克康胶囊与安慰剂，观 察患者的临床症状疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血 清蛋白 （GSP）、空腹胰岛素 （FINS）、稳态模型法计算胰岛素抵抗指数 （Homa-IR=FINS ×FPG/22.5）、血脂[总胆固醇 （TC）、甘油三酯 （TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 （HDL-C）、 低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）]、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）等血液安全指标及TNF-α水平 的变化。结果：消克康组显著改善患者症状，显著降低FPG、2hPG、GSP、TC、LDL-C、 ALT水平，并有降低血清TNF-α、Homa-IR的作用（P＜0.01～0.05），与对照组比较 有统计学意义。结论：原有治疗基础上加服消克康胶囊治疗40岁以上人群2型糖尿病 及合并高脂血症疗效可靠，具有降糖、调脂、抗炎、改善IR等作用，值得推广使用。 关键词 消克康胶囊；40岁以上人群；2型糖尿病； 高脂血症； 胰岛素抵抗； 肿瘤坏死因子 Clinical Study on Treatment of type 2 diabetes and complicating hyperlipemia of people over the age of 40 with Xiaokekang capsule Speciality ：cardiovascular disease, clinical medicine of integrated TCM and western medicine.
