探究宁心颗粒治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床研究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：进一步探讨中药宁心颗粒对小儿病毒性心肌炎气阴两虚证的临床疗效及安 全性。方法：将 60 例符合诊断标准的病毒性心肌炎患儿随机分为两组：治疗组和对 照组各 30 例，经统计学分析两组患儿在性别、年龄、病程、病情等方面均无显著性 差异。治疗组给予宁心颗粒口服，对照组给予能量合剂（ATP、辅酶A、维生素C、肌 苷、病毒唑）静脉滴注，疗程为一个月。观察治疗前后临床症状体征、血清学指标肌 酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、心电图、24小时动态 心电图早搏次数、心功能的变化。结果：宁心颗粒能明显改善病毒性心肌炎患儿的临 床症状和体征、减少早搏，降低血清学指标CK、CK-MB、cTnI，改善心功能，对病毒 性心肌炎有显著疗效。结论：宁心颗粒是治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎气阴两虚证的有效药 物且无明显不良反应。 关键词 病毒性心肌炎；宁心颗粒；临床研究 Clinical research on treating viral myocarditis in children with Ningxin granule Speciality: integration of Chinese and western medicine Author: He Donghua Tutor: Li Anyuan Abstract Objectives: To observe the clinical effect and primary mechanism of Ningxin granule treating VMC in children. Methods: Sixty patients of VMC in children were divided into 2 groups,the 30 patients in the treated group were treated with Ningxin granule and the other 30 patients in the control group were treated with EC .The two groups patients have no distict different in sex age and the degree of the ill.One month was a course of treatment.Before and after the treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms, CK, CK-MB,cTnI,electrocardiogram,premature beats and heart function were observed. Result:Compared with control group ,the treated group can recover the symptom of VMC patient ,release the level of CK,CK-MB,cTnI and improve heart functure with statistical significance. Conclusion:The Ningxin granule is a group of effective drugs treating VMC in children. Key word VMC in children; Ningxin granule; Clinical research
