PAGE 16 摘　　要 随着人们生活水平的提高，社区的数量和规模也在不断扩大，这给社区的管理带来了许多不便，为了解决这个问题，我们决定开发一个社区服务系统。开发社区服务系统这个软件能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询。一直以来，人们使用传统的手工方式管理信息，使得工作效率难以提高，这种不适应现代经济发展的工作方法必然会被淘汰。因为它存在很多缺点：一旦使用时间过长，将产生大量文件和数据，这对于查找，更新和维护都带来了不少困难。 随着科学技术的不断提高，计算机科学与技术日趋成熟，计算机应用到生产和生活的各个领域，发挥了越来越重要的作用。作为计算机应用的一部分，使用计算机对社区信息进行管理，具有手工操作无法比拟的优点，例如：检索迅速，查找方便，可靠性高，存储量大，寿命长，成本低等，因此研究开发社区服务系统具有可行的实际意义。 该系统的任务是方便，灵活的管理社区的各项信息，包括户籍管理，出入管理，维修管理，收费管理，系统管理等。系统主要有添加，查找，删除，统计等功能模块组成。本系统会做到满足社区管理日常工作的需要，使用方便，界面亲切，安全可靠。 关键词：社区　　客服　　计算机 Abstract As peoples living standards improved, the number and size of the community are also expanding to the community that the management has brought a lot of inconvenience, in order to solve this problem, we decided to develop a community service system.
