摘要:通过对山东省少年跳远运动员专项训练的调查与分析,发现山东省在跳远运动内容设计、训练技巧上有很多重要的突破或技术,主要表现在起跳速度训练、起跳腿伸肌群的退让收缩能力训练、下肢肌群的退让收缩能力的训练、全面理解跳远专项力量素质,协调发展全身各肌群力、爆发力专项训练、加强摆动力量的训练等方面的一些经验,并对山东省青少年采用的训练方法统计与评价,根据对山东很多教练员调查,认为在基础训练阶段,专项跳跃能力训练的重要手段是立定跳跃,而在初级专项阶段以短助跑 5-10 级跨步跳为核心练习手段,突出在一定助跑速度下的跳跃能力的训练,练习手段逐渐由立定跳跃练习过渡到助跑跳跃练习,跳跃训练的专项化程度在提高。而通过对运动员的调查,在基础训练阶段,除进行立定跳跃的训练之外,具有一定初速度的跳跃练习的训练出现的频率也较高,具有较强的专项化特点。这些经验值得大家在少年运动员训练上借鉴。
