摘要摘要在市场需求快速变化、产品生命周期大幅缩短以及全球化竞争等多重压力下，ERP系统的实施与使用是企业提升自身竞争力的重要途径。ERP不是普通的软件产品，而是先进的管理思想、管理方法、管理流程、和管理工具的凝结和数字化表达。那么如何将这种先进的管理思想融入到企业的实际业务中来，并被企业实实在在地使用，以及为企业带来价值变成了ERP项目的核心问题。一般来讲，ERP能够给企业带来3大方面的转变：一是策略方面，比如公司的策略能够更有效地建立在客户需求的基础之上，或是有效提高市场反应能力等；另一是流程方面，比如：增加客户满意度、增强控制和计划的能力、减少库存等；再一是技术方面，比如：降低技术维护和基础设施的总成本、能够灵活应对业务需求变化和业务规模扩大、降低开发和集成成本等。在ERP的实施过程中，有许多成功的案例，也有不少惨痛的教训。本文以一家美国公司在中国制造中心的SAP项目实施作为案例，详细分析该项目成功实施的关键因素以及SAP在该企业的应用。SAP项目的实施与应用涉及企业运作面广，时间跨度长，参与的人员多，最重要的是对于企业将来的运营和操作至关重要。所以如何成功实施ERP项目变成本论文研究和分析的关键。SAP项目的成功取决于两个方面：理论基础，包括项目方法论与项目管理，技术层面，包括企业运作流程的规范程度，数据的准确性，软件产品的功能与技术顾问的技术水平等方面。本论文主要从项目方法论以及有效的项目管理两个层面进行分析。关键词：ERP（企业资源计划），SAP（ERP产品的一种），ASAP（快速实施SAP的方法论）AbstractAbstractTodaytheenterpriseareunderseveralkindsofpressure,suchasfastchangeablemarketingrequirement,sharpdeductionofproductlifecycleandglobalizationcompetition,soERPsystemimplementationandusagearebecomingthemajormethodforthemtoincreasetheircompetitivestrength.ThereasontointroduceERPistoimprovethebusinessefficiencyandmanagementlevel,andfinallyearnmoreprofitfromthemarket.However,ERPisnotonlyanormalsoftwareproduct,butalsothecoagulationordigitalrepresentationofmanagementantilogy,managementmethod,managementprocessandmanagementtool.Sohowtoreallyinfiltratethisadvancedmanagementideaintotheactualbusinessprocessandletitbeusedsuccessfullyisthecriticalissue.Ingeneral,SAPwouldbring3majorchangestocompanies:firstpointisstrategicaspect,forinstance,company’sstrategycouldbeestablishedonthecustomerrequirementmoreeffectively,andimprovethemarketresponsivecapability.Secondly,businessprocesswouldbeimproved,forexample,increaseclientsatisfaction,enhancecontrollingandplanningcapability,theinventorydeductionetc.Thethirdchangewouldbetechnology,suchasdecreasingthecostoftechnologymaintenanceandbasisequipment,havingmoreflexibilitytohandlebusinessrequirementchangeandbusinesssizeincreaseetc.DuringtheERPimplementationstage,therearelotsofsuccessfulcases,buttherearealsoquitealotofpainfulandfailureexamples.Thisdissertationwouldanalyzethecritic
