AbstractTheinformationlevelisanimportantincarnationofacountry’scomprehensivepower.InJanuary2010,theStateCouncilofChinareleasedthespecificimplementationplanandtimescheduleoftheintegrationoftelecommunicationsnetworks,cableTVnetworksandtheInternet.Accordingtotheplan,theintegrationofthethreenetworkswillbecompletedduringthelateperiodofthe12thFive-Year-Plan.Forthetraditionaltelevisionmediaanditspractitioners,despitetheadvantagestheyhaveinprogramproduction,butfacingtheenormousreforminthetransmissionandtechnology,theyshouldadjusttheirownroledefinitionintimetokeeppacewithtime.Undersuchbackground,byanalyzingtheprogramformatoftraditionalandnewmediaandthetransmissionformsoftheprograms,thedevelopmentdirectionofthenewsanchorpersonaftertheintegrationofthethreenetworkshasbeendiscussed.Byborrowingtheexperiencesoftheprogramcontents’innovationandproductionofChina’sTVandRadiosystem,thenewsanchorpersonshouldplaytheirroleasinformationcommunicatorsofthemainstreammedia.ThishasactivetheoreticalandpracticalmeaningforguidingInternetpublicopinions,expressingthecorevaluesystemoftheSocialistandpromotingthedevelopmentofChina’sInternetculture.StartingfromtheroledefinitionofthenewsanchorpersonsintraditionalTVprograms,thethesisdidresearchinthetransformationofthetransmissioncharacteristics,theaudiencedemandandthemajorfunctionofthecommunicators,andprovedthattheroleofnewsanchorpersonwilldefinitelychangeunderthebackgroundoftheintegrationofthethreenetworks.Wefoundthatmicro-blognetworkpresentasignificantheterogeneity,thesmallworld,hierarchy,differentdistributionandmodularitycharacteristicsbythestaticstructuralanalysis.Inordertoimprovethecohesioninthenewmedia,wefoundtherewasadirectproportionbetweentheattentionoftelevisionnewsprogramsandthenewmediaformscohesion.BycombiningtheInternetstaticstructureanddynamicevolutionanalyzing,theinteractiveresultofthetraditionalTVprogramsandnewmediatransmissionhasbeentested,unveilingthenecessityofthenewsanchorperson’srolechanginginnewmediaformatandprovidingthebasicwaysofada
