AbstractObjective:Statinsarewidelyconsideredaseffectivelipid-loweringdrugs,WhetherthedrugcanreducetheoccurrenceofCINandstatinstopreventCINanddrugdosage,typeofrelationshipbetweenthecurrentresearchisstillcontroversial.Inaddition,furtherstudyonthemechanismofstatinsinthepreventionofCINisstill.Inourstuides,weprojectedtoexplorethemechanismofrosuvastatinpreventiononlow-osmolarandnonioniccontrast-inducedacutekidneyInjuryinrats.Method:Low-osmolarcontrastmediawasinjectedthroughcaudalveinsofratstosetupthemodelofcontrastrenalinjury.Randomlyclassified36healthySDratsinto3groups:normalcontrolgroup(NSgroup),contrastmediacontrolgroup(CMgroup)androsuvastatincontrolgroup(RVgroup)。Beforeinjectedcontrastmedia,RVgroupreceivedrosuvastatin10mg/kgthroughoralgavage12hoursinadvance,0.9%NaClsolution(10mL/kg)insteadedofcontrastmediaintheothergroups.Throughcaudalveinslow-osmolarcontrastmediawasinjectedofallrats,and0.9%NaClsolution(10mL/kg)insteadedofcontrastmediaintheNSgroup.Thereweretwosmallgroupsweredividedfromeachofgroups,andthesamplewerecollectedat24hand72hrespectivelyaftercontrastmediawasinjected.CollectingtheplasmasamplestodetectetheScr,Hs-CRPandCys-Cafteroperation.ELISAhelpsustodetectedthelevelofmALB,NAG,α1-MGinurine.Killedexperimentalanimalsthroughcervicaldislocationthenreservedkidneytissue,weighedthenmacroscopicobservationthechangeofkidney.Extractedthekidneyorganization,thenusedthehomogenatetomeasurethelevelofSuperoxideDismutase(SOD)whetherchanged.FixedthekidneytissueinformalinMarinthenproducedpathologicalspecimensandHEstaining.Results:(1)Rosuvastatinshowedexcellentprotectiveeffectsalleviatecontrastmediainducedtissuedamagescomparedwiththegroupofcontrastrenalinjury.(2)Thelevelofrenalfunctionindicesinthemodelgroupandthetreatmentgroupwerelowerthanthenormalcontrolgroup,andcomparedwithcontrastmediacontrolgroup,theaboveindicatorsalldecrasedinrosuvastatincontrolgroup(p＜0.05).Comparisioningroups,alloftheindicatorsaboveweredecresedwithtimeincontrastmediacontrolgroup(RV24hvsRV72h,p＜0.05)，whilethe
